The declaration that the Constitution of the United States is the supreme law in each State is rooted in the will of the integral people of the United States. This declaration holds the force of law in every State, reflecting not just the individual will of the people of the State but the collective will of the entire nation. Essential to every law is a judicial function that coordinates with the legislative, emphasizing that if the law is supreme, then the judicial function emanating from its author must also be supreme. Since the Constitution of the United States is recognized as the supreme and absolute law, whether as a rule of action or as evidence of the location of power, it is based on the will of those who hold sovereign power. Consequently, the judicial power that accompanies this supreme legislative rule, which stems from the promulgators of the rule, must also maintain its supremacy wherever this rule applies. Additionally, we encourage members to obtain their Nationality ID Cards and Tribal ID Cards to strengthen our community unity and affirm our identities within the framework of Moorish Science.
